hi hope you can help only I cannot find any clear answer even after a lot of googling :) -- and don`t know if I might need the sort of services you provide or not.i need to know what is legally required in terms of fire safety in the following circumstance....1) genform ltd owns a building that was converted into 3 flats.2) genform ltd is owned equally by 3 separate owners.3) genform does not employ anyone and does not seek to make a profit its just the owner of the lease and looks after the condition of the communal parts of the building e.g. external and internal halls/stairs.4) 2 of the 3 flats are lived in by the owners (i.e. 2 of the 3 directors of genform ltd). the other flat is rented out.5) the property includes communal hall and stairs.6) the owner of the rented flat says that they are not subject to any landlords requirements as only one third of the property is rented out. i.e. not an hmo?7)a) for the purposes of the the regulatory reform (fire safety) order x do we count as a domestic premise?b) if we don`t do we have any other legal duties relating to fire safety just for being a limited company?if you are unable to help can you recommend anyone I can talk to about thismany thanksrichard
